Make the engagement explicit
Capabilities show where I can help through Lucidity; an agreed scope defines what will actually be done.
That scope identifies the problem, intended outcome, selected capabilities, responsibilities, evidence, dependencies, review points and acceptance criteria. It also makes exclusions and changes visible. Technical commitments, access, content, third-party costs and client responsibilities need agreement before they are treated as part of the work.
