To choose a path already shadowed by your pledge, to mean to go forward, yet stumble instead— tumbling through the veiled corridors of time, leaving everything to the fate that unwinds. Time becomes a labyrinth where progress hides, an inner awareness where patience bides. Riding the conversation back to its source, grappling with the oath that defines your course. A promise made, a vow to stay true, but truth itself is a shifting view. True to oneself, yet to whom do we bend? For our vision of truth is a means to an end. What is right becomes what we decide, a flicker of faith we carry inside. The truth we see is the truth we create, a mirror of our fears and the stories we state. He conquers his fate, forges his own creed, the creator of HIS truth, shaped by his need. Yet the truth, once fixed, will shudder and shift, as time rewrites it, as meanings drift. For what is truth but a tale retold— an echo of a belief that we once controlled? Truth will be rewritten, a script rearranged, what was once sacred will feel estranged. For he is now correct, as far as he sees, and truth becomes the narrative he decrees. But in the shadows where conviction fades, he’ll find that even truth has its shades. A conqueror of fate, a rewriter of lore, yet bound to the tides that came before. For what is it to know, to grasp, to hold the essence of a truth that cannot be sold? Time will retell, reshape, and redefine— and the conqueror’s truth will be realigned. So choose your path, shadowed or clear, and know that the pledge you hold dear will echo through the corridors of your mind until the story of truth is once more redesigned.
