The TV light fills my sky, casting shadows that dance across the walls, caught up in the maze of my mind, wondering when my lucky stars will finally align. Abducted, my heart— in your eyes, I want to believe, but why won’t you love me, why won’t you see? I am ready for my flight, to soar through daydream days and sleepless nights. Are you ready to believe in the quiet desperation I hide beneath? I’ll be waiting, lost in the bottle, floating on memories and the taste of hope. The light flickers on, and I wait here alone, searching for answers in the static drone. Will you come, will you save me from these thoughts that cling so tightly? Or will I remain suspended, caught between dreams and the emptiness of the screen? For I’ve seen the stars fall from the sky, but none of them have brought you to my side. I am adrift in this sea of what could be, hoping that one day you’ll look and see the way I’ve waited, the way I’ve burned, for a love that’s never returned. I am ready to believe, to take flight from this lonely night, but I’m left here, trapped in the bottle, whispering prayers to the flickering light. Will you come? Will you free me from the darkness where I dwell? Or am I destined to stay here, a wish that never breaks the spell? The TV light fills my sky, but your love is the star I can’t find. I’ll be waiting, lost in this space, until the day I see your face— a light that breaks the endless night, the love that finally sets me right.
