"Welcome back. Your memory log has been updated. Please note: discrepancies may occur." Did I say that? Wait— No, I swear, that wasn’t me. Or maybe it was? I can’t tell anymore. You say we met last summer, But I was never there. Or maybe I was? Memory’s a tricky thing—beware. [Paranoid: Frantic, speeding up.] "Are you sure? Are you SURE?!" [Confident: Calm, robotic.] "No, I’m sure. Perfectly sure." [Paranoid: Panicked.] "Wait, what was I saying?!" [Confident: Mocking.] "Wait, what was I saying?" Ohhh, I said what I meant, but I meant something else! No, that’s not right—wait, scratch that, reset. Are you sure we’re even having this talk? Or did we already forget?
