Any reason for living this day? The time to take time, to find a way— to breathe in the morning, to just exist, but all I feel is this cold, dark abyss. Why don’t I feel safe, left broken and bare, clinging to hope that dissolves into air? Help me find a way, don’t leave me alone, I’m stranded, lost—far from home. All my life, I’ve been waiting here, for a whisper of meaning, a voice to appear. But it’s just a fantasy, empty, untrue— a dream that vanishes like morning dew. I’ve blamed the world, the faces I've known, pointed fingers, so I’d never own the fractures and cracks deep within— a battle with shadows, a war I can’t win. Is there a reason, a purpose to find? Or am I just running out of time? The pieces are scattered, the puzzle’s unclear— I search for an answer, but none are near. Tell me, why should I keep holding on? When everything I knew is already gone? The weight of despair, it anchors me down— I’m sinking fast, about to drown. Yet somewhere inside, a flicker remains, a stubborn hope that won’t be tamed. A part of me wants to believe, that there’s still something left to achieve. But the road is long, and the night is cold, and I’m tired of stories that leave me untold. Help me find a way, help me see that there’s still a reason for living in me. For I’m tired of waiting, tired of the blame— I want to break free, I want to reclaim the pieces I’ve lost, the self I’ve denied, to find a new dawn where my soul can abide.
