The implant of my rejection is my merry-go-round, a ceaseless spin where no solace is found. Teaching me the measure of what is me, a relentless loop that I cannot flee. Round and round, the carousel turns, a circle of lessons that endlessly burns. Each rejection, a stitch in the fabric I wear, folding and winding through despair. I bend and twist, but never break, repeating the dance for survival’s sake. For life has taught me to embrace the pain, to fold it into shapes I must sustain. The merry-go-round spins faster still, teaching me patience, bending my will. I learn to accept what I cannot control, finding fragments of peace in the fractured whole. For what is rejection but a teacher so cruel, turning my heart like a stubborn spool? It folds and winds, yet never frays, keeping me tethered through life’s harsh maze. Yet through the spin, I find my way, winding the thread to survive another day. For in the cycle of falling apart, I stitch together the pieces of my heart. Round and round, I learn to dance, embracing the wounds with a second chance. The implant of rejection may leave its scar, but it teaches me who I truly are. So let the merry-go-round spin on and on, teaching me to rise each time I'm withdrawn. For folding and winding through life’s embrace is the art of survival, the will to face.
