The people live for today, like believers in fate, wondering if survival is just another weight. A brotherhood of life, dreaming of change, turning to face the strains that rearrange. Days blur together, all seeming the same, young hearts offer a spark to reignite the flame. Changes whisper, altering the beliefs of old, a shift in time that no one can hold. For we can’t chase time, it slips through our hands, like grains of sand in faraway lands. Yet still we dream, still we fight, holding onto nothing, yet clinging to light. Our pictures portrayed in this tattered frame, delighting in illusions that mask the pain. Two of a kind, challenging the heart, a silent battle, a world torn apart. Let nothing hold me down, stay with me now, through the depths of pain, I’ll survive somehow. For change will be whatever I decree, a cry to fate, a plea to be free. Waiting for the perfect day to arrive, holding on to hope, to feel alive. The dawn of a new life, a future so near, a fateful tomorrow, where we shed our fear. Let us hang on, let us dream of more, for the future awaits beyond this shore. Though time may change and fate may bend, we’ll stand together, until the end.
