Escaping the pain, I run to the flame, a searing heat that knows no shame. Take on more, let it fuel my rage, set fire to the bars of my inner cage. Revolts of sorrow churn within, searching for cracks where light seeps in. The darkness tightens, the shadows swell, but I explode through, defying hell. Embracing the fire, I burn so bright, consumed by rage, yet finding my light. For in this inferno, I shed my fears, turning my torment into tears of sears. A greater defiance surges and grows, pushing against the tide that flows. For in the pain, I find my fight, a warrior reborn in the dead of night. The flames may scorch, but I do not fall, I rise from the ashes, standing tall. The sorrow that bound me now breaks apart, and I reclaim the fire in my heart. So let me burn, let me rage, I’ll tear through the sorrow, turn the page. For in these flames, I find my way, escaping the darkness to greet the day.
