A skull in shades, a polished grin, Draped in red like a devil’s skin. Clutching a phone—a mirror, a snare, Reflecting weightless youth laid bare. Above him hover paradox spheres, Pumpkin dreams and infant fears. Golden drips, like time’s cruel tease, Fall slow, dissolving the air they seize. What are we but bone and orb, A carnival doomed to time’s absorb? A dance of flames, of flesh, of haze, Where every soul forgets the maze. The baby steps—each light, surreal, Brush the veil where the living feel. Bare feet tread on fractured air, Where nothing holds, yet all is there. The pumpkin bleeds; its viscera glows, The cosmos quakes; the balance flows. Death stands poised in tailored red, Laughing softly at life unsaid. What are we but bone and orb, A carnival doomed to time’s absorb? A dance of flames, of flesh, of haze, Where every soul forgets the maze. And yet, he grins—a skeleton’s jest, Knowing chaos is life’s last bequest. Lift your shades, embrace the strange, In absurdity, we all exchange.
