A lucky blue cap winks from the dust; tiny tin circle, big-song sound. I pocket a slice of sky to keep the bright around; click, snap. Click, snap, laugh back: lucky blue bottle cap. Spin it on the table; the small world turns fast. Wish good; make the good ones last. Every small shine keeps the shadows in the past; spin, spin, hold fast. The hook loops a grin; the dance begins, click, snap, laugh back, lucky blue bottle cap, and the spin runs down into a soft blue hush.
