How access works

2. 2If access exists for that email and resource, a secure sign-in link is sent.
3. 3The access page should not publicly confirm whether a purchase or entitlement exists.

If access fails

2. 2Check spam, promotions, and filtering folders.
3. 3Confirm that the product includes a companion page.
4. 4Contact support with the purchase email, product name, and a short note on what is not working.
